Since the establishment of The Powercat Group in 2008, Vince has worked alongside Steve to grow and develop the agency into the dynamic business it is today.

Working on commercial property projects, as well as being the Principal of V C Catanzaro Solicitor and Registered Tax Agent, Vince has credentials as a tax agent, legal practitioner, and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and New South Wales.

Julie joined the Powercat Group in 2021 after working as an Accountant in public practice for over twenty years advising various businesses on accounting and taxation matters. Julie looks after the financial and reporting side of the agency.

Daniel graduated from the University of Queensland with a Degree in Business Management, majoring in Real Estate and Property Development.

Daniel joined The Powercat Group from Jones Lang LaSalle, following 6 years of experience in commercial property management. During this time Daniel has gained a wealth of valuable knowledge and experience in working on commercial, retail and industrial properties.

Tony joined The Powercat Group in 2017 with 15 years of previous retail property experience.

Having provided infill leasing and project leasing for sub regional centres, neighbourhood centres, local convenience centres as well as large format retail, Tony brings a depth of commercial leasing knowledge to The Powercat Group. Tony enjoys the challenge of putting a leasing deal together and has a real passion for quality fit outs and seeing thriving businesses boom. In addition, Tony has studied Urban Development and Sustainability at Bond University and has undertaken courses in green star ratings for buildings.

Karen joined The Powercat Group in 2012. With a Receptionist Diploma, backed up by 30 years of administration experience across a variety of industries, Karen is responsible for building maintenance, complaints follow up, outgoings management, arrears, and bookkeeping.

Graduating from Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in Accounting and Mathematics, Natalie assists the Powercat team with administration compliance as well as outgoings budgeting and management.

Brian possesses more than 40 years’ experience in the retail and property industries. Having held senior management roles in 3 states, Brian has worked for some of the biggest players in the retail industry including, Coles, Woolworths and a number of independent supermarket businesses. Brian has extensive knowledge of retail sites throughout Queensland and is involved in site identification and development.

Michael is a solicitor with V.C.Catanzaro Solicitors. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Queensland University of Technology and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in February, 2015. 

Michael advises and provides legal advice to the Powercat team with a particular focus on drafting and negotiating leases; commercial contracts; litigation and alternate dispute resolutions.
